OFFICIAL RULES

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (“DEN” OR “AIRPORT”) SOUTHWEST AIRLINES 20TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY (RULES)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.

1. BINDING AGREEMENT: : In order to enter the Contest, you (“Contestant”) must agree to these Official Rules (“Rules”). The Rules consist of the terms and conditions on this page (“Contest Materials”). These Rules will form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest, please read them carefully. Contestants must agree to these Rules to be eligible for the Contest. Contestant agrees registration for this Contest and/or a submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes an agreement to these Rules. This Contest is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this Contest if you are not located in the United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter, Contestant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and eighteen and (18) years of age or older.

Contestants must submit contact information with entry in order to be eligible to try to win this Contest. This Contest is void where prohibited. Employees (including without limitation, part-time, temporary, or volunteer employees) of Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”), the City of Denver and County of Denver (by and through its Department of Aviation) (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliated companies and immediate family (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER/CONTEST PERIOD: Instructions on how to participate in this Contest and submit an entry will be on the Website at www.flydenver.com/den-southwest-airlines-giveaway. Only Contestants meeting the eligibility standards may make entries to this Contest. This Contest begins at 9 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) Wednesday, January 14, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026.

Only one (1) entry per Contestant will be accepted. Email entries are prohibited. Sponsor accepts no responsibility for submissions lost, delayed, damaged, not received, or howsoever caused. All submissions will become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries are not eligible. Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

• STEP 1: Follow the official Southwest Airlines® (@SouthwestAir) and Denver International Airport (@denairport) accounts on Instagram or Facebook.
• STEP 2: Like the post on either the DEN Instagram or DEN Facebook account.
• STEP 3: Comment on the original Contest post on the official Southwest and Denver International Airport Instagram or Facebook account with “Happy anniversary ❤️💛💙”

To participate, you will need to have an Instagram or a Facebook account.  Posting on Instagram requires a mobile device and therefore message and data rates may apply.  If entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

Your Instagram account settings must be set to “unprotected” or “public” so that the Participant’s Submission is viewable by Sponsor. Creating an Instagram account is free but is subject to the applicable terms of conditions and privacy policy. By posting your Submission, you agree that it conforms to the guidelines and content restrictions below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from this Contest if it believes your Submission fails to conform.

4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE:
(4) Total Prize Packages will be awarded.

• Prizes in each package will include: (1) Southwest Colorado One model airplane, (1) 20th anniversary poster (frame NOT included), (1) 20th anniversary pair of socks, (1) 20th anniversary pin, and (1) roundtrip air travel on Southwest Airlines (subject to air travel restrictions below).

Total Value of All Prizes: Approximately $2,800 (“USD”) (Each individual prize is worth $700 (“USD”).

Sponsor will select four (4) winners, through a random drawing to take place on or around January 14, 2026, upon conclusion of the Contest Period. Sponsor will notify the winners direct message to their social media account. The winner shall have seventy-two (72) hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected.

Air Travel Restrictions: Air travel is subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. Round trip travel for four (4) winners on Southwest Airlines will be awarded in the form of eight (8) Southwest flight e-passes (two per winner).

Each Southwest flight e-pass is valid for one-way travel on Southwest Airlines-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Southwest flight e-pass will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and travel must be completed on or before the expiration date. The Southwest flight e-pass is not valid on interline or codeshare service. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash or credit. The Southwest flight e-pass will not be replaced for any reason, including, without limitation, if lost, stolen, or fraudulently used. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to a third party. Sale, auction, or re-tendering of the Southwest flight e-pass for money or otherwise is strictly prohibited. The Southwest flight e-pass may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Southwest Airlines.

Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of the Southwest flight e-pass rules and regulations may result in cancellation of the Southwest flight e-pass(es). Southwest flight e-pass holders are required to be nineteen (19) years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. However, the recipient of a Southwest flight e-pass may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering a Southwest flight e-pass. Air transportation by Southwest Airlines is subject to Southwest Airlines’ Passenger Contract of Carriage set out at www.southwest.com/contractofcarriage. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines.

Winner is responsible for booking all travel and paying all applicable international taxes and fees.

Travel is based on seat availability.

Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed.

Winner is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner must have valid government-issued photo identification at the time of travel.

5. OTHER RULES AND INFORMATION: Odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of entries received. An entry during the length of this Contest makes a Contestant eligible for the prize drawing. The prize(s) may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner(s) must present state authorized identification prior to claiming the prize. Winner(s) must execute a waiver and release of liability as a condition of award of the prize.

6. SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by the City and County of Denver, by and through its Department of Aviation (“Sponsor”), a Municipal Corporation with a principal place of business at 8500 Pena Boulevard Denver, CO 80249. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Sponsor. Southwest Airlines is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Contest.

7. PRIVACY NOTICE: By participating in this Contest, Contestant agrees Sponsor and Southwest can collect your personal information, and that if we cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in this Contest. Any personal information collected during the course of the competition by Sponsor or Southwest will be used for administering this Contest and for other purposes as outlined in these Rules. Contestants can request to have their information collected for this Contest removed from any notification system by submitting such request in writing to DEN’s Global Marketing division. Contestants acknowledge Sponsor is subject to the provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, Colorado Revised Statutes 24-72-201 et seq., and the Contestant agrees it will fully cooperate with Sponsor in an event of a request or a lawsuit arising under such act for the disclosure of any materials or information which the Contestant asserts is confidential and exempt from disclosure. Any other provision of this Agreement notwithstanding, including all attachments or other documents incorporated into this Agreement by reference, all materials, records and information provided by the Contestant to Sponsor shall be considered confidential by Sponsor only to the extent provided in the Open Records Act, and the Contestant agrees that any disclosure of information by Sponsor consistent with the provisions of the Open Records Act shall result in no liability of Sponsor.

8. MEDIA ACTIVITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, you agree and hereby grant Sponsor permission to use, copy, modify and make available your submissions to the public for any purpose, such as, but not limited to, press and media communications, without further compensation to you. You also agree to participate in any media or promotional activity regarding this Contest. If you are a winner, you agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness to administer and promote this Contest or Airport Services and to conduct media interviews and promotional events.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contest is governed by the laws of Sponsor, the State of Colorado, and the United States of America. By entering this Contest, Contestant agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including DEN Rules and Regulations. Each Contestant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the prize described above provided by Southwest or the use thereof shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including due to hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, or congestion, will not be eligible. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter this Contest in any manner or through any means other than those described, or who attempts to disrupt this Contest or to circumvent these Official Rules or commits fraud or submits false information. Sponsor reserves the right to update the Official Rules at any time and will do their best to keep Contestants informed of changes but it is ultimately the responsibility of each Contestant to be aware of any updates. No substitutions for prizes except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Any Local, State, or Federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial and publicity purposes, without further compensation. Participation in this Contest constitutes agreement by Contestant to release and hold harmless Sponsor(s) (including but not limited to Sponsor), Administrator, Advertising and Promotional Agencies, Southwest, and any of their respective officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in this Contest or use, misuse, or redemption of a prize. Winners will be chosen at random from the entries received.

10. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, EACH CONTESTANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DEPARTMENTS, DIVISIONS, PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYERS, SUCCESSORS, SERVANTS, ELECTED OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS OF THE RELEASED PARTIES) FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT CONTESTANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST.

11. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
