Jeppesen Terminal Closed at Southern End on Levels 5 and 6

Construction activities are mainly taking place on the southern end of the Jeppesen Terminal. The south end of Level 6 is closed for renovation as well as the center of Level 5 on the south end. Access to/from the Plaza, Westin Hotel and Transit Center remains available through corridors along baggage claims on both East and West sides of Level 5.

On Level 6, crews are renovating airline ticket counters. Airline check-in for all airlines except United, Southwest and Frontier have been temporarily relocated to the domestic arrivals area on Level 5. View airline check-in locations.

Construction Impacts:

  • The associated escalator on the bridge from Level 5 to Level 6 is also closed. Passengers should ensure they are being dropped off at their designated airline to avoid detour routes inside the Terminal. Use Level 5 to access East/West sides of the Terminal. The south bridge will reopen prior to Thanksgiving 2026.
  • Curbside drop-off, sidewalks and doors along the southern portions of Level 6 on both the east and west sides are closed. West side closures are in place between Doors 612 and 616. East side closures are in place between Doors 611 and 617. Level 6 passenger drop-off and access to the terminal remain available at the northern end of Terminal Drive.
  • As work progresses, temporary closures of elevators, escalators, vestibule doors and corridors may be closed, especially at night. Follow signs to additional elevators, escalators, doors and detour routes.
