The SOAP initiative (Service to Our Airport Patrons) is a push to ensure that all facilities at DEN, from bathrooms to conveyances to hallways, are as pristine as possible.
We’re working on an across-the-board approach that’s designed to make DEN a cleaner, more welcoming place. It’s a strategy that tackles immediate needs and looks to the future to create long-term solutions while utilizing our employees and passengers to help us identify places and spaces that are in need of attention.
