Concessions at DEN

DEN’s concession program consists of more than 228,000 square feet of concession space and more than 185 merchants. In 2022, the concession program generated $513 million in annual gross sales, $2,250 per square foot and $14.80 spend per enplaning passenger.

Concession companies at DEN are selected through a competitive proposal process. When the airport has concession space available to lease, the Concessions section issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) document that describes the space(s) available, concept(s) desired, City of Denver requirements for operating at the airport, as well as required submittal documents.
