CEEA’s Career Pathways program offers graduated points of entry with the goal of creating an aviation talent pipeline through engaging, educating and providing training and leadership development opportunities for youth as well as current employees.

Become a DEN intern (nicknamed “DENtern”) today through paid high school and college DENtern positions with real work experience, tours, and professional development trainings!
Based on your current position, programs include job shadowing, mentorship and training programs, leadership training and senior leadership development.
DEN has partnered with the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) as part of the DEN New Heights pilot program that offers employment and work experience to individuals exiting the justice system and transitioning into the workforce. The program is operated through Bayaud Enterprises and is managed by DEN’s Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) and DEN’s Maintenance division.
