A fantastical toy exhibit was the latest installment by the Art and Culture program at DEN. Colorado Toys was designed to be a whimsical experience into the world of Colorado’s artisan toy makers and collectors. This seasonally inspired exhibit surprised and delighted kids of all ages.
Colorado Toys display cases featured unique, high-end, handcrafted toys and a touch of nostalgia with museum and privately collected vintage pieces. The exhibit also featured childhood toy stories from select community leaders and celebrities in Denver and the Colorado region. Dolls, stuffed bears, games, miniatures, memorable characters and toys galore both captivated and gratified our memories and sense of play!
