DEN Giveaway Official Rules

1. BINDING AGREEMENT:

In order to enter the Contest, you (“Contestant”) must agree to these Official Rules (“Rules”). The Rules consist of the terms and conditions on this page (“Contest Materials”). These Rules will form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest, please read them carefully. Contestants must agree to these Rules to be eligible for the Contest. Contestant agrees registration for this Contest and/or a submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes an agreement to these Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

To enter, Contestant must be a resident of the United States and at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Contestants must submit contact information with entry in order to be eligible to try to win the giveaway. This Contest is void where prohibited. Employees (including without limitation, part-time, temporary, or volunteer employees) of the City and County of Denver and Sun Country affiliated companies and immediate family are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER/CONTEST PERIOD:

Instructions on how to participate in the Contest and submit an entry will be on the Website at www.flydenver.com/termsandconditions. Only Contestants meeting the eligibility standards may make entries to the contest. The Contest begins at 8 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Monday, May 4, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. MST on Friday, May 8, 2026.

Only one (1) entry per Contestant will be accepted. Email entries are prohibited. Sponsor accepts no responsibility for submissions lost, delayed, damaged, not received, or howsoever caused. All submissions will become the property of the Sponsor.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

• STEP 1: Follow@exploreminnesota @meetminneapolis and @suncountryair on Instagram or Facebook.
• STEP 2. Comment on the giveaway post on the DEN Instagram or Facebook account, tagging the person you want to go on the trip with.
• That’s it! You and the person you have tagged will be entered into the drawing.

4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: PRIZES: Prizes include:

• (2) $250 Sun Country Airlines flight vouchers
• (2) VIP tickets to the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival for Saturday, July 18, 2026
• (1) Queen Standard Room for 2 nights: July 17 and 18, 2026 at the Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown.

Total Value of All Prizes: Approximately $2,453 (“USD”). Sponsor will select one winner, through a random drawing upon conclusion of the Contest Period. Sponsor will notify the winner via telephone and/or email. The winner shall have seventy-two (72) hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected.

5. OTHER RULES AND INFORMATION:

Odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of entries received. An entry during the length of this contest makes a Contestant eligible for the prize drawing. The prize(s) may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner(s) must present state authorized identification prior to claiming the prize. Winner(s) must execute a waiver and release of liability as a condition of award of the prize.

6. SPONSOR:

This contest is sponsored by the City and County of Denver, by and through its Department of Aviation (“Sponsor”), a Municipal Corporation with a principal place of business at 8500 Pena Boulevard Denver, CO 80249. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Sponsor.

7. PRIVACY NOTICE:

By participating in this Contest, Contestant agrees Sponsor can collect your personal information, and that if we cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Any personal information collected during the course of the competition by Sponsor will be used for administering this Contest and for other purposes as outlined in these Rules. Contestants can request to have their information collected for the sweepstakes removed from any notification system by submitting such request in writing to DEN’s Global Marketing division. Contestants acknowledge Sponsor is subject to the provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, Colorado Revised Statutes 24-72-201 et seq., and the Contestant agrees it will fully cooperate with Sponsor in an event of a request or a lawsuit arising under such act for the disclosure of any materials or information which the Contestant asserts is confidential and exempt from disclosure. Any other provision of this Agreement notwithstanding, including all attachments or other documents incorporated into this Agreement by reference, all materials, records and information provided by the Contestant to Sponsor shall be considered confidential by Sponsor only to the extent provided in the Open Records Act, and the Contestant agrees that any disclosure of information by Sponsor consistent with the provisions of the Open Records Act shall result in no liability of Sponsor.

8. MEDIA ACTIVITY:

Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, you agree and hereby grant Sponsor permission to use, copy, modify and make available your submissions to the public for any purpose, such as, but not limited to, press and media communications, without further compensation to you. You also agree to participate in any media or promotional activity regarding the Contest. If you are a winner, you agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness to administer and promote the Contest or Airport Services and to conduct media interviews and promotional events.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is governed by the laws of Sponsor, the State of Colorado, and the United States of America. By entering the Contest, Contestant agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including DEN Rules and Regulations. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including due to hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, or congestion, will not be eligible. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the contest in any manner or through any means other than those described, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent these Official Rules or commits fraud or submits false information. Sponsor reserves the right to update the Official Rules at any time and will do their best to keep Contestants informed of changes but it is ultimately the responsibility of each Contestant to be aware of any updates. No substitutions for prizes except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Any Local, State, or Federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial and publicity purposes, without further compensation. Participation in this Contest constitutes agreement by Contestant to release and hold harmless Sponsor(s) (including but not limited to Sponsor) and any of its officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns and affiliates against any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in this Contest or use, misuse, or redemption of a prize. Winners will be chosen at random from the entries received.

10. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH CONTESTANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT CONTESTANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR, AND ALL ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.

11. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.

2. ADDITIONAL AIRLINE RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Vouchers can be redeemed online during the payment step of checkout or by calling Sun Country Airlines Reservations.
2. The value of this voucher may be applied exclusively toward new bookings for future transportation or purchases on Sun Country Airlines. This includes purchase of air only and vacation packages where Sun Country is the sole air provider and other ancillary fees purchased directly from Sun Country Airlines. This does not include purchases at the airport ticket counter, airport gate, airport Kiosk, or onboard the airplane.
3. This voucher is transferable to another individual.
4. This voucher is combinable with other Sun Country Airlines Travel Vouchers.
5. This voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or misplaced.
6. This voucher may not be redeemed for cash.
7. If the voucher is redeemed for a lower-valued purchase, the voucher will retain no residual value.
8. All travel must be via Sun Country Airlines scheduled flights in which Sun Country Airlines publishes the fares. Vouchers are not redeemable for Sun Country Airlines Charters, non-scheduled operations, or contracted groups.
9. This voucher cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases.
10. The sale or barter of this voucher is expressly prohibited.
11. This voucher cannot be used or redeemed towards taxes and fees.

13. EXPLORE MINNESOTA RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Festival tickets will be mailed to the winner.
2. Festival tickets are transferable to another individual.
3. Hotel reservations will be made in the winner’s name.
4. Hotel reservations are not transferable.
5. Hotel reservations are subject to restrictions, applicable taxes, fees and incidental charges, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Festival tickets and hotel reservations will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or misplaced.
7. Festival tickets and hotel reservations may not be redeemed for cash.
8. Festival tickets and hotel reservation dates will not be changed.
