TRAVEL ALERT: Jackson Gap and 75th Ave. Detours
The existing off-ramp from inbound Peña Blvd. to Jackson Gap is closed for construction. While a temporary off-ramp is available, construction activity may cause travel impacts. Drivers on Jackson Gap will not be able to travel westbound on E 75th Ave. to the Pikes Peak shuttle lot. Detours are in place.

Single lane closures are expected on outbound Peña Boulevard (leaving DEN) from both east and west terminal from 11 p.m. on Tuesday 10/29 through 6 a.m. on Wednesday 10/30 and again from 11 p.m. on Saturday 11/2 to 6 a.m. on Sunday 11/3. These closures will allow for roadway restriping and removal of roadside construction barrier.

DENVER – Nov. 19, 2019 – Denver International Airport (DEN) marked 24 months of consecutive monthly passenger traffic records with the busiest September in Denver aviation history. Nearly 11 percent more passengers moved through the airport than in September 2018. In total, DEN hosted 5,960,686 passengers in September.
DEN’s September international passenger traffic increased nearly seven percent over September 2018, totaling 241,662 passengers to rank as the busiest September ever for international passenger traffic. International capacity increased by less than one percent for the month, indicating a strong increase in international load factors.
DEN’s September cargo volume increased over three percent compared to September 2018 as UPS and Atlas Air primarily led the cargo carriers in increased totals. Some commercial passenger carriers, such as United and Southwest, also saw large increases in cargo operations.
Through the first three quarters of 2019, DEN’s passenger traffic is 7.4 percent higher than the same period in 2018. The complete September 2019 traffic report is available at www.flydenver.com/about/financials/passenger_traffic
