DENVER — Jan. 16, 2014 — Travelers who are part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Pre✓™ program can now access the expedited screening lanes at all three of the TSA checkpoints inside Denver International Airport (DIA).
Beginning today, TSA Pre✓™ travelers may use a dedicated lane at the TSA checkpoint located just before the A Concourse pedestrian bridge. The lane is in addition to the existing TSA Pre✓™ services located at the north and south TSA checkpoints inside the Jeppesen Terminal. The TSA program was introduced to travelers at DIA in late 2012.
“This is a terrific program, which our customers love, and we appreciate our partners at TSA making it more accessible at our airport,” said Kim Day, Denver’s Manager of Aviation. “I really encourage anyone who travels frequently to sign up and use TSA Pre✓™. Once you experience it, you will be spoiled forever.”
The TSA Pre✓™ program allows pre-approved, low-risk travelers to leave on shoes, light outerwear and belts, keep laptops in cases and leave 3-1-1 compliant liquids/gels bag in a carry-on. For additional information, visit http://www.tsa.gov/tsa-precheck
