CHECKPOINT ALERT: Bridge Security

Starting Dec. 9, 2024, TSA will no longer operate Bridge Security on a regular basis. A-Bridge and Ansbacher Hall will remain open for arriving passengers and employees accessing the Airport Office Building. Departing travelers must use West Security Checkpoint or South Security Checkpoint.

TRAVEL UPDATE: Jackson Gap & 75th Ave. Detours

The existing off-ramp from inbound Peña Blvd. to Jackson Gap is closed for construction. While a temporary off-ramp is available, construction activity may cause travel impacts. Drivers on Jackson Gap will not be able to travel westbound on E 75th Ave. to the Pikes Peak shuttle lot. Detours are in place.

WAYFINDING: Changes to A-Bridge/ Ansbacher Hall

A-Bridge and Ansbacher Hall will be closed for overnight construction activities from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m., Monday through Thursday nights, through the opening of the East Checkpoint in Q3 2025. During closures, all travelers must use concourse trains to journey to and from the Terminal.

Dignitaries celebrate the grand opening the the Plaza Premium lounge.

DENVER – Nov. 2, 2023 – Today, Denver International Airport (DEN) celebrated the grand opening of Plaza Premium Lounge in partnership with Capital One. This is the third Plaza Premium Lounge to open in a U.S. airport.
“It is an honor to welcome Plaza Premium Lounge to DEN and be able to offer this amenity to our passengers,” DEN CEO Phil Washington said. “We understand the importance of enhancing the customer experience, and adding the Plaza Premium Lounge will significantly contribute to this goal. With its modern and luxurious amenities, our passengers have more options to comfortably relax before their flight and enjoy a truly exceptional travel experience.”
Plaza Premium Lounge in partnership with Capital One, officially opens at DEN on Nov. 3. Located on Concourse A, near gate A34, the lounge offers a comfortable place to relax before a flight. Passengers can enjoy various amenities such as grab-and-go food, dining stations, a full bar, relaxation rooms, and shower suites. The lounge is open to the public every day from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. at a fee of $65 per person. Capital One cardholders can enjoy extra benefits. Click here to learn more.

Plaza Premium Group is working with Denver businesses PradoMaes Inc. and Doc1 Solutions as an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE). This joint venture marks the inaugural partnership as a common-use lounge concession owner/operator for both companies.
