Parking Rates Change Starting May 14
DEN will increase parking fees at certain parking facilities and reduce the price of Premium Reserve parking starting May 14, 2025. The changes come as parking management and shuttle costs at DEN have increased by an average of 44.5 % over the last three years.

DEN is temporarily relocating 24 airline check-in/bag drop counters as construction continues on the Great Hall Program. Between April 9 and June 30, the counters at the south end of Jeppesen Terminal’s east and west sides will be temporarily moving from Level 6 to Level 5. These airlines will remain on Level 5 in their temporary operation through mid-2027.

DENVER — Sept. 2, 2014 — July was the eighth consecutive month where passenger traffic grew year-overyear at Denver International Airport (DIA). It was also the second consecutive month where passenger traffic increased for DIA’s three biggest carriers: United, Southwest and Frontier. Overall passenger traffic at DIA increased in July by 2.2 percent, with 5,068,232 passengers using the airport in July 2014 compared to 4,959,077 passengers in July 2013.
Through the end of July, DIA has seen 31,004,575 passengers so far this year, an increase of 2.1 percent over the 30,355,401 passengers during the same timeframe last year. July’s year-to-date total is 1 percent more than the same period in 2012, the busiest year on record.
Additionally, mail, freight and express cargo operations saw an 11-percent increase in July compared to the same month last year. Cargo volumes reached the highest level for July since 2010. To date, 289,806,603 pounds of cargo have been handled at DIA in 2014, up 0.7 percent from 287,677,580 pounds of cargo handled during the same timeframe in 2013.
