WAYFINDING: Changes to A-Bridge/ Ansbacher Hall
A-Bridge and Ansbacher Hall will be closed for overnight construction activities from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m., Monday through Thursday nights, through the opening of the East Checkpoint in Q3 2025. During closures, all travelers must use concourse trains to journey to and from the Terminal.

DENVER – March 8, 2024 – Denver International Airport (DEN) will close a large portion of the Pikes Peak Shuttle Lot beginning on April 7, 2024, to conduct necessary improvements and repairs. Over 4,500 spaces will close to make way for the repairs throughout Sections 3 and 4. This will affect the shuttle shelter locations in Section 3 and 4 as well. The shuttle shelter locations in Section 1 and 2 will remain open for service.
Approximately 4,500 spaces on the northern side of the lot will remain open. Long’s Peak will be open regularly beginning April 1 and will accept parkers daily from 3 a.m. to 12 a.m. Shuttle service will be provided for all returning passengers to the lot regardless of the time of day.
When both Pikes Peak and Long’s Peak Shuttle Lots reach capacity, passengers should utilize the East Economy, West Economy, East Garage, West Garage, and 61st and Peña parking lots. Real time parking availability can be found here.
During the closure, DEN will reconstruct the shelter islands and curbs, install new snow storage pads, update the drainage, repave and restripe. The improvements will help ensure that DEN facilities remain ADA compliant.
The lot is expected to reopen in September of this year after work is completed.
Any vehicles left in the work zones will be relocated to a vehicle depository within the lot. Passengers who need to retrieve their vehicle should call (303) 342-4650 for instructions to recover their vehicle.
