Parking Rates Change Starting May 14

DEN will increase parking fees at certain parking facilities and reduce the price of Premium Reserve parking starting May 14, 2025. The changes come as parking management and shuttle costs at DEN have increased by an average of 44.5 % over the last three years.

Most Airline Counters Move to Temporary Locations

DEN is temporarily relocating 24 airline check-in/bag drop counters as construction continues on the Great Hall Program. Between April 9 and June 30, the counters at the south end of Jeppesen Terminal’s east and west sides will be temporarily moving from Level 6 to Level 5. These airlines will remain on Level 5 in their temporary operation through mid-2027.

Denver International Airport Marks Two Years Of Consecutive Monthly Passenger Traffic Increases

DENVER – Oct. 10, 2017 – August was the second-busiest month in Denver aviation history, and the 24th consecutive month of record year-over-year passenger traffic increases at Denver International Airport (DEN).

A total of 5,727,326 passengers flew through DEN in August, 6.1 percent more than the 5,395,910 passengers in August 2016. International passenger traffic also increased 15 percent compared to last August, with 223,459 international passengers.

“August marked an impressive two full years of record monthly passenger traffic increases,” airport CEO Kim Day said. “Airlines continue to invest in the Denver market by adding capacity and new routes, including new service in August by Frontier to Providence, Rhode Island, and by United to Columbia, Missouri. At the end of August, DEN had scheduled service to 180 nonstop destinations around the world.”

Mail, freight and express cargo operations increased 8.5 percent in August, with 52,257,706 pounds, compared to 48,180,814 pounds of cargo in August 2016.
