DEN Celebrates Grand Opening of Four Local Concessionaire Concepts: Williams & Graham, Tocabe, The Bagel Deli and D Bar

Home

DENVER – April 29, 2025 – Denver International Airport (DEN) celebrated the opening of four new concessions on Concourse A: Williams & Graham, Tocabe, The Bagel Deli and D Bar.

“The opening of Williams & Graham, Tocabe: An American Indian Eatery, The Bagel Deli and D Bar kicks off DEN’s first new concessions openings for 2025,” DEN CEO Phil Washington said. “I am thrilled that DEN has added these four food and beverage concepts to our roster of offerings. We are continuing to elevate the traveler experience with local favorites.”

Today’s celebration marks an expansion of DEN’s dining options, providing passengers with a variety of local favorites, and enhancing the travel experience for millions of annual passengers.

Williams & Graham

Williams & Graham masquerades as a quaint bookshop that hides a speakeasy bar in the vibrant Lower Highlands neighborhood. Bringing that same speakeasy feel to DEN, passengers will make their way through a 19th-century wooden bookcase to reveal a stunning bar and view of DEN’s airfield.

“We are truly honored to bring Williams & Graham to DEN at a time when hospitality matters more than ever. For over 13 years, we have been committed to creating warm and welcoming experiences, and this partnership enables us to share our dedication with even more guests,” Williams & Graham Bartender and Proprietor of Sean Keynon said. “As a proud small business rooted in Denver, we are thrilled to represent our city’s vibrant hospitality scene by offering high-quality cocktails, delectable food, and delivering the genuine and heartfelt service that is the hallmark of Williams & Graham.”

The Bagel Deli

Since its opening in 1967, the Bagel Deli has been a Denver staple. Today, that same staple will be serving their New York-style bagels, deli meats and classic toppings to DEN passengers. The Bagel Deli is perfect for breakfast, brunch or a quick lunch, offering a nostalgic taste of authentic deli fare.

“The Kaplan family is proud to continue our 58-year tradition of serving Denver by bringing The Bagel Deli to international travelers at DEN. Our love of quality food extends to this new venture, in partnership with Mission Yogurt and their other local dining favorites,” the Kaplan family said. “We are excited to be part of the vibrant Market Place on Concourse A and look forward to many years of shared success. Thank you to all our loyal customers and friends for being part of this exciting new chapter in our Denver legacy.”

D Bar

The third establishment to debut at DEN is the highly regarded D Bar, helmed by acclaimed Chefs Keegan Gerhard and Lisa Bailey. Travelers will find themselves engaged in a culinary experience within the esteemed D Bar, which offers a variety of drinks, dining options and dessert selections.

“Having the privilege of bringing our brand of hospitality to a truly international audience at our home airport is a dream come true! We are so proud of the fact that DEN has chosen to feature the locally owned and operated dining scene of Denver at the airport,” D Bar owners and chefs Keegan Gerhard and Lisa Bailey said. “It’s very exciting that our local community can finally bring their D Bar favorites to friends and family across the globe. See you there!”

Tocabe: A Native American Eatery

As the nation’s only American Indian owned and operated fast-casual restaurant, Tocabe serves up indigenous flavors with a modern twist. Guests can enjoy fry bread, bison ribs and other traditional dishes inspired by Native culinary heritage.

“We are incredibly excited to mark the opening of our DEN location in partnership with Mission Yogurt,” Founder and President Ben Jacobs said. “This location is a tremendous platform to continue sharing our food, experience and vision of providing all people with the opportunity to enjoy Native culinary traditions.”

All four food and beverage concepts are operated by Mission Yogurt, which specializes in innovative airport and streetside dining concepts that continue to elevate the traveler’s experience at DEN with these three distinct local favorites.

“Mission Yogurt is excited to bring a taste of Denver’s vibrant culinary scene to Denver International Airport with the addition of The Bagel Deli, D Bar, Tocabe and Williams & Graham,” Mission Yogurt Founder and President Rod Tafoya said. “These beloved local establishments will offer travelers authentic and diverse dining experiences, reflecting our commitment to showcasing the best of local food culture. We look forward to enhancing the airport’s already quality offerings and providing passengers with memorable experiences to take on their journeys.”

Williams & Graham, Tocabe, The Bagel Deli and D Bar are located on Concourse A near gate A38.
