DENVER – June 22, 2016 – Delta Air Lines and Denver International Airport (DEN) are proud to announce the opening of a new “Delta Sky Club” on the A Concourse.
The Denver club – located just across the pedestrian bridge leading from the Jeppesen Terminal to Concourse A – features more than 4,600 square feet of relaxation and about 90 seats. The club includes art from local galleries, complimentary New Belgium Ranger craft beer and Starbucks coffee, in additional to many other amenities.
“Delta’s decision to invest in a new lounge at Denver International Airport underscores the carrier’s continued commitment to the Denver market and the airport,” said Mookie Patel, DEN’s senior vice president of airline affairs and commercial property. “Delta has also increased its seat capacity at DEN and will offer nearly 50percent more flights in July compared with the same time just two years ago. We are pleased that Delta continues to grow in Denver, and is offering its passengers an elevated experience at DEN.”
The new Delta Sky Club is part of a global investment by the airline. Delta has invested millions of dollars to enhance the look, feel and tastes in each of its 50 Sky Clubs around the globe. For more than two years, it has been actively reinventing, renovating and revitalizing the Delta Sky Club experience. Delta also recently increased its flight schedule in Denver, adding five daily flights to Los Angeles.
“Denver is an emerging market for service in the western U.S.,” said Claude Roussel, Managing Director – Delta Sky Club. “Opening a new Delta Sky Club combined with increasing service earlier this month means our guests are assured of having a more productive and pleasant travel experience, giving them another reason to fly Delta.”
Delta Sky Club memberships are available at www.delta.com. Single-visit passes are available for purchase at the check-in desk.
