Parking Lots, Rates, and Availability at DEN

For the Garage and Economy lots, there is a seven-minute grace period.  You will have seven minutes to exit after you enter.  The grace period is intended for customers who enter the lot accidentally and need to exit.  It is not intended to look for parking in a full lot, pick up or drop off, vehicle cleaning, etc.  For our Pikes Peak, Longs Peak and Landside Section A shuttle lots there is no grace period.  If you enter, you will be charged to exit.

Cash payments for parking are only accepted at the kiosks on West Level 5, doors 504/506, and East Level 5, doors 507/509.

We highly discourage any motorcycles parking at our facilities due to the parking equipment (Gate Arms) which could be a safety hazard and risk of injury.

Denver International Airport has a total of 36 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations available close-in on Level 1 of the parking garages. The spaces have designated “Electric Vehicle Station” signs. There is no charge to use the stations, however, the standard garage parking rates apply. The station locations are listed below:

Accessible parking is available in all airport parking facilities (except Level 3 of the garage). Accessible parking spaces are located near the terminal in the west and east garages. For the West Garage, all accessible parking is on Level 1. Accessible spaces are located near the shelters in all long-term lots. All vans and buses serving these lots are lift-equipped. Wheelchair or electric cart service is available from your airline. For more information call (303) 342-4645. DEN parking facilities will never add taxes or additional fees to our published rates. In addition, you never need a coupon or reservation…we like simple and hope you do, too!

Free shuttle service operates 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week, every 7-10 minutes. Shuttles pick up at the parking shelters in the Economy lots.

NOTE: Economy Lot shuttle stops are subject to change during construction periods and walking distance to Jeppesen Terminal may be increased without notice.

Upon your return, West and East Economy shuttles pick up outside the terminal at the DEN Transit Center – located on the ground level outside the Westin Denver International Airport and accessed at the south end of the terminal, through the glass doors and down the escalator.

The Final Approach cell phone waiting lot is a place where a driver can wait for an arriving passenger free of charge. Final Approach is located approximately three miles from Jeppesen Terminal along the north side of Peña Boulevard on 77th Avenue.

Before heading to the airport, check the availability of all parking areas from the home page of FlyDenver.com or call our parking hotline at (303) DIA-PARK (342-7275) and choose option 1.

When driving on Peña Boulevard, watch for parking availability signs as parking changes frequently.

Special arrangements must be made in advance if parking in excess of 30 days. If arrangements are not made, vehicles parked over 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be towed at the owner’s expense. Call (303) 342-4650 to make arrangements.

Our parking facilities are well lit and monitored by parking employees and patrolled frequently by the Denver Police Department.

Although DEN parking lots are patrolled, it is imperative passengers take the proper steps to secure their vehicle. Follow these tips to better protect your vehicle: Always lock your car, roll up the windows and take your keys with you; remove valuables or spare keys from your vehicle; never leave the car running unattended, even for a short period of time; park in well-lit and/or busy areas when possible; use an alarm system and/or steering wheel lock device.

If you have been at the airport less than 24 hours, your charge will be the daily maximum of the facility in which you parked. If your vehicle has been parked at the airport longer than 24 hours, our vehicle license plate inventory will indicate how many days your vehicle has been parked in our facilities and you will be charged the maximum daily rate for each day.

No, reservations are not required to park at Denver International Airport parking facilities.

The maximum clearance in the parking garage is eight feet.

No, at this time DEN cannot accommodate oversized-vehicle parking. Instead, we encourage those with oversized-vehicles contact a nearby shuttle parking operator.

DEN does not offer any free or discounted parking for Disabled Veterans or accessible drivers.

Premium Reserved Parking is a new way to reserve covered parking at Denver International Airport in advance of your trip. By booking your parking online at least 24 hours prior to your arrival you are guaranteed parking in the parking garage. Premium Reserved Parking will reduce the time you spend looking for parking spaces and time spent exiting the lots. The payment will be made automatically to your credit card.

• Enter your reservation entry date and time and your reservation exit date and time. Then click “Search”.
• From there pick the lot you want to park in and click “Reserve now”.
• Next, either register a new account or continue without creating an account. Complete the information required.

You can use Premium Reserved Parking in the following DEN-owned parking lots:

• East Premium Reserved parking located in the East Arrivals Level 4
• West Premium Reserved parking located in the West Arrivals Level 4

To access lots:

• Follow signs to Arrivals, Premium Reserve Parking, Level 4
  • For West Reserved Parking – Drive towards the end of the arrivals area, stay in the left most lane, and look for signs for Premium Reserved Parking.
  • For East Reserved Parking– Look for Premium Reserved Parking signs immediately when you enter Level 4 on the left hand side.
• This is a fully-automated parking lot, so upon pulling up to the entry you can use the QR code in your order confirmation PDF/email to enter the DEN Parking Facility.
• Print a copy of your confirmation, or open it on your mobile phone, and place the QR code in front of the entry lane scanner to enter the facility.

You can then park and proceed on your trip.

If you are unable to enter the parking lot with your QR code, PRESS THE HELP BUTTON and a parking representative will ensure you can enter and exit using your reservation details.

• Arrive Early – If you enter the parking lot early then your exit time will be adjusted accordingly. You can enter up to 3 hours prior to the start of your reservation.
• Extended Stay – If your vehicle stays later than the latest possible exit time you will be charged for an additional day. If you stay additional days, you will be charged per each additional day.

• If you parked within your reserved entry and exit dates and times, scan your QR and the gate will open to allow you to exit.
• If you overstay your reserve time, you will need to submit payment at the kiosk for the gate to open.

• Enter email address, then click request new password.
• An email will be sent to the email address you provided.
• Click the link in the email which will take you to the reset password screen on the website.
  • Note: You can also contact LAZ Parking at (303) 342-4083 to have an admin help you reset the password or help with your account.

A receipt will not be printed at the exit.  All receipts will be sent to the email on file and a PDF of your receipt will be available upon completion of your online reservation. A receipt will be stored on your online account after the payment processes.

Your credit card will be charged upon completing your online reservation.

• Cancel Reservation – You cannot modify your reservation; you must cancel the reservation and then rebook online. You may cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes prior to the confirmed arrival date and time.
