A-Bridge and Ansbacher Hall will be closed for overnight construction activities from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m., Monday through Thursday nights, through the opening of the East Checkpoint in Q3 2025. During closures, all travelers must use concourse trains to journey to and from the Terminal.

SkySquad partners with the airlines and airports to provide a better, expedited experience. Our team of badged and background checked team members sell SkySquad’s service onsite and help passengers from the curb to the gate and back.We’re looking for a supervisor who has a passion for selling and helping others. We’re launching in Denver International Airport (our fifth location), and you’ll be the driving force behind our success at this location. You MUST be able to sell to work in this role
ResponsibilitiesFocus 90% of your time on the floor with customers and team members actively selling SkySquad and solving problems for customers, team members, and our partners
Warmly engage travelers at the airport to succinctly educate them about SkySquad’s service and sell onsite bookings as the key salesperson. Train the team to replicate your success.
Build relationships with key stakeholders at the airport including airport, airline and other service provider employees
Build a strong team environment among the workforce fostering teamwork and engagement
Lead workforce recruiting, onboarding, and training
Set the standard and hold the team accountable for providing excellent customer service
Own the workforce badging process for new and renewal badges as well as terminations
Own day to day troubleshooting and issue escalation to management
Ensure pre-booked jobs are fulfilled successfully
QualificationsIndependent, highly-motivated, and trusted self-starter that is not afraid to approach strangers at the airport to sell SkySquad’s services
Prior experience as a supervisor or team lead in a fast-paced, high service level environment
Proven, metrics driven sales experience
Prior experience with TSA preferred
Operates with integrity at all times offering excellent customer service and compassion to our customers while treating airport/airline partners and team members with respect
Highly responsible, organized, and detail oriented
Comfort with mobile technology
Strong written and verbal communicator
Interest in building things from scratch and taking extreme ownership
Requires transportation and ability to travel to DEN Airport
Will need to pass background checks to be badged at DEN Airport

$$30 per hour plus tips
