Winter is Coming! And with it Aktiv to the A Concourse. Aktiv is excited to bring it’s curated Scandinavian collection to the airport and is looking for energetic individuals to work at their new kiosk.

Are you passionate about fashion, culture, and exceptional customer service? Step into the world of Scandinavian style and join our team as we open our first kiosk at Denver Airport. We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals for hourly positions from 7AM to 9PM every day of the week!

About Our Stores

Aktiv was started after Leslie and Nate Axvig lived in Norway and discovered dozens of exceptional clothing brands that were not readily available in Colorado. Initially an online store, aktivstyle.com, Aktiv expanded to Stanley Marketplace in 2020, we are ready to expand once again into a new spot at Base Camp at Market Station in Lower Downtown Denver in the Fall of 2025. Our Scandinavian clothing stores are more than retail spaces—they are destinations where tradition meets modern design. With roots in the minimalistic and functional fashion heritage of Nordic countries, our curated collection features brands that prioritize sustainability, quality, and timeless style.

Position Overview

Location: Denver Airport

Hours: Part-time, with morning, evening and weekend shifts available.

Compensation: $21-23 per hour, depending on experience.

Start Date: Beginning of December

As a member of our retail team, you will be the face of our store, helping customers discover Scandinavian fashion, providing personalized service, and ensuring that every visit is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers with warmth and expertise, sharing product knowledge and styling tips.

· Maintain a tidy, visually appealing kiosk that reflects our brand’s clean and modern aesthetic.

· Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions. Prior experience with Shopify is a plus.

· Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring the kiosk is always ready for shoppers.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily sales goals.

· Stay informed about our brands, sustainability practices, and Scandinavian fashion trends.

· Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments.

· Support opening and closing procedures as needed, depending on shift.

What We’re Looking For

· Enthusiasm for Scandinavian design and lifestyle. Whether you’re already a devotee or eager to learn, you’ll be excited to share the story behind our curated collections.

· Retail Experience Preferred. Previous experience in clothing, boutique, or specialty retail is a plus, but we value a willingness to learn and grow above all.

· Exceptional Communication Skills. You enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and can build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues.

· Attention to Detail. You take pride in presenting merchandise beautifully and ensuring every shopper feels cared for.

· Flexibility. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and adapting to busy airport environment.

· Basic Tech Comfort. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, email, and inventory software is helpful.

Your Working Hours

We understand the importance of balance. Part-time schedules typically range from 20 to 30 hours per week, with shifts available during mornings, evenings and weekends. We aim to accommodate your availability and help you make the most of your time with us.
