Description:

EL-ROI LLC is locally owned/operated and managed with exceptional care for our team members. We are looking for a Supervisor with cashiering and customer service skills to lead a team of cashiers and supervise operations at the market place.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Lead by example.
Ensuring proper communication with team members, other managers, HR, and upper level management and accounting. Following chain of command regarding issues and incidents.
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of the Company.
Assist with managing kiosk to optimize profitability, by driving sales growth, control COGS, Labor, and all other controllable expenses.
Assist in achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Assist with managing schedules to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and covering for breaks, vacations and call-off’s.
Stocking of all product.
Assist with product ordering, conducting inventory counts and managing inventory.
Ensures guest service in all areas meets or exceeds company standards.
Responds to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Requirements:
1 year supervisory experience
1 Year Customer Service Experience
Must be 18 or older
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
English Required
Must be willing and able to pass DIA badging
