A-Bridge and Ansbacher Hall will be closed for overnight construction activities from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m., Monday through Thursday nights, through the opening of the East Checkpoint in Q3 2025. During closures, all travelers must use concourse trains to journey to and from the Terminal.

Title: Inventory Control/Parts Technician (DEN)

Description
JSM Airport Services, LLC (a subsidiary of JSM & Associates, LLC) is seeking a professional, skilled individual for an Inventory Control/Parts Technician position at our Denver International Airport (“DEN”) service site. This is a “hands-on” position that will be heavily involved in all aspects of our customer’s spare parts inventory. The Parts Technician is tasked to maintain an inventory of spare parts to enable our maintenance technicians to perform repairs. This position is charged with assisting the Inventory Control Supervisor with keeping inventory at a level where the maintenance operation can perform at maximum efficiency. Additionally, this position supports the operation’s maintenance technicians and other functions within the organization. The Parts Technician (Inventory Control) has accountability for the maintenance and stock levels of parts and reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Record and update inventory usage of supplies and parts through the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System, (“CMMS”) Fiix
Ensure that Fiix Work Orders and Reports contain the correct and most current pricing and parts descriptions
Maintain spare parts inventory, insuring that all parts are identified and readily available in secure locations
Maintain parts storage rooms, as well as the disposal of used parts (when approved by the customer)
Ensure and coordinate the timely reconditioning of items warranting refurbishment and reconditioning versus replacement, as approved by customer
Submit proper documentation to the site’s Office Manager for monthly billing to the customer
Conduct, document and complete a full inventory of all spare parts on a semi-annual basis
Receive shipments at the dock, at parts stockroom, and/or escort through airport security gate
Hold, or able to obtain, a forklift operator certification
Ensure adequate parts are in stock or readily available, that quantities are sufficient, and proper parts are available for all applications
Assist Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and ensure labor and materials are correctly entered into the Fiix system
Perform as a purchasing agent and assist the Inventory Control Supervisor as needed
Follow the materials and parts usage procedure from work orders to update inventory
Generate standard inventory & purchasing reports from Fiix, when requested, for management and customers
Ensure that all major equipment and systems listed and identified in the Fiix database have the correct OEM replacement parts and approved alternate parts listed
Conduct Cycle Counts per the Inventory Control schedule
Assist in periodic reviews of the parts inventory regarding the following:
Changes in the Min/Max levels
Additions or deletions of inventory based on usage
Installed systems, equipment
Part lead times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Any other duties assigned by Management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Some post high school education or training preferred
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
1+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse
1+ years of experience in parts procurement preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of Inventory Control concepts and processes
Computer software applications experience required (i.e., MS Office, ERP, etc)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly professional and dependable; safety and customer service oriented
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and must be able to sit, send, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Regular exposure to work near moving mechanical parts
Occasional exposure to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions
The successful candidate must be able to pass a drug screening, a drivers’ license check and validation, federal fingerprinting, and security threat assessment, as well as airport security badging.
