Golf Ambassador/host

GolfDEN is the country’s premier indoor golf and entertainment experience at the Denver International Airport, GolfDEN’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process makes golf inclusive and accessible for all.

Summary:

GolfDEN is seeking Golf hosts who can team up for success with our site lead. This individual assists the site lead in overseeing and managing golf operations at the location and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The Golf host is charismatic, people-oriented, gets to know Guests on a first-name basis, and can develop a proficiency at using our equipment, including our golf simulators. The Golf host reports directly to the site lead.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Golf DEN and what the options are.
• Take and deliver beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Golf DEN technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications we are looking for in a Golf Ambassador/host  :

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Must be 21 years age to serve alcohol.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a cheerful outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.
• Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Availability to be present in space at high value times.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
