Job description
Dough-Pretzel Maker/Casher at Hodge Podge Concessions B-Concourse DIA
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the dough production process including, but not limited to, mixing, baking, proofing, shaping, and cutting. This position will also be responsible for the production of custom-made products. And customer service, POS, and filling customer orders.

Job Duties
Customer Service
Cashier-POS system
Store opening and closing
Making pretzels and donuts dough
Baking pretzels and donuts as needed during shift
Display Set up
Store Organization and Cleanliness
Other duties as assigned by management at job site.

Who’s a good fit?
Customer Service/Sales experience helpful
Experience working with pretzel, donut or pizza dough helpful
Prior experience is great, but the willingness to learn is even better.

Requirements/Qualifications’:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
18 years of Age
Ability to pass DIA badging background check
English

· Morning/Day/Evening Shifts
· Shifts start as early as 5am
· Shifts end as late as 10 pm
· Weekend availability required.
