ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

Position Summary: 

As a Cashier at DEN, you play a vital role in delivering the exceptional OTG guest experience. You will educate guests, make recommendations based on their preferences, upsell special items, and maintain a clean and sanitized store environment. Success in this role requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining a well-stocked and orderly store. 

Responsibilities:  

• Greet guests promptly and pleasantly, always with a smile 

• Accurately and efficiently process all payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers) following OTG’s cash handling and register policies 

• Maintain and share comprehensive product knowledge with guests 

• Keep display items clean, orderly, and well-stocked 

• Regularly clean and sanitize the work environment 

• Provide information and recommendations about the airport terminal and restaurants 

• Uphold a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications and Requirements:  

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. 

• Proficient in cash register operations and safeguarding company assets 

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (stooping, kneeling, crouching) 

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
