Description:
The Parking Operations Supervisor for SP+ serving Denver International Airport will ensure a smooth running operation by guaranteeing that all staff employees are performing their job functions in an efficient manner. Shift is overnight 11:00 pm – 7:30 am.
Availability to cover other shifts as needed for vacations, sick etc.
This includes:
Delivering top-flight customer service to our client.
Oversee supervisors and frontline employees ensuring they have the appropriate training and tools to perform at their best.
Maintaining the bottom line through facility marketing, cash control procedures and safe money handling practices.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise cashier relations with clients to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about rates or services are resolved diplomatically.
Supervise the quality of work for all employees to ensure that all work tasks and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively, and as required.
Ensure that proper parking, security, cash control and customer service procedures are being followed by all employees.
Supervise special events or functions as they relate to the parking facility in order to ensure that incoming customers are served efficiently and properly.
Monitor maintenance of the facility to ensure that it is clean and maintained according to company policies and procedures.
Monitor parking operations to ensure that proper procedures are being followed and any discrepancies are reported to senior management and/or airport clients promptly
Oversee Cashier Leads and verify that their employee records are current and accurate and that the leads are following correct policies and procedures.
Monitor and review all damage claims in order to assign responsibility for damages.
Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent with a Bachelor’s Degree required
Qualified candidates must have prior parking supervisory or management experience
Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Holidays and weekends or nights as needed to support the operation.
Must have an excellent driving record
Must demonstrate proficiency with computer programs such as Office and Google Docs., any revenue control systems knowledge helpful
