[ON-SITE OFFICE AT DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT] **Not a Virtual Position**
Brief Description: Provide strategic day-to-day operations administrative support to management and leadership of multi-unit retail/snack/beverage shops inside the Denver Int. Airport.
Please note: This is *not* a receptionist, data-entry, or calls/customer service position. The ideal candidate is looking to gain training in the corporate business operations and systems for multi-unit retail concessions and providing support to all unit managers, teams, and executives with the goal to grow into an essential part of the top-level Business Administrative team in the organization.
El-Roi is looking to add a member to support our corporate office management team. El-Roi operates multi-unit snack and beverage retail units in Denver International Airport (DIA) with offices inside the airport.
The perfect candidate is able to be organized in their daily office tasks, can think on their feet and wear different hats to help the management team find solutions to support the day-to-day business administration our multiple shops locations.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to management and multi-unit shop teams.
Help Hiring / Staffing for Stores as needed, posting job listings, interviewing, and vetting new candidates for store front positions.
New hire orientation leadership and coordination.
Perform email and document management filing.
Agenda and calendar management and scheduling.
Keeping organized with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Assist in day-to-day office tasks as needed.
Help with marketing activities.
