Welcome to Denver International Airport’s new meet and assist program, “DEN Travel Assist,” brought to you by our partners at SkySquad, who specialize in elevating your airport experience. Choose departure, arrival, or flight connections/transfers assistance and the SkySquad team will be there so you can relax and enjoy your journey.
What your enhanced airport experience includes:
- Easy online booking
- Introduction to your personal assistant by text message the day before you travel.
- Service from the curb all the way to the gate or vice versa for departures, arrivals, and connections
- Assistance with carrying your bags.
- Assistance with the check-in process
- Access to priority TSA lines at DEN
- Support through the security process.
- Navigation all the way through the airport
- Once at the gate, your personal assistant can keep an eye on your belongings so you can use the restroom or grab a snack.

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the service. Requests for wheelchair assistance must be reserved directly through your airline.
Walk up services are available daily 4-9 a.m. and are subject to availability. SkySquad podiums are located on level 6 east (adjacent to door 609) and level 6 west (adjacent to door 608) and at the Frontier ticket counter for Frontier customers.
