IMPORTANT CHANGE TO AIRPORT ID BADGE EXPIRATION DATES!!
Airport ID badges that are issued after Nov. 30, 2020, will be printed with a 1-year badge expiration date (instead of the badgeholder’s birthday). Current active badges are still valid until the expiration date printed on the badge. This change will also provide badgeholders with up to 60-days before badge expiration to renew their Airport ID badge. The Badging Office encourages all badgeholders to provide a valid email address to the Badging Office during badge renewal in order to receive automated annual badge renewal notifications.
FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE BADGING OFFICES. FACE COVERINGS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FOR ANY BADGE PHOTOS AND PUT BACK ON AFTERWARDS
Two forms of valid, Government issued identification are required for all transactions
One must have a photo to establish identity
(such as Driver’s License or Passport)
One must establish work authorization
(such as a Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization, or Form I-197)
Both documents must have the same name on them
NOTE: For current badgeholders, these documents are required in addition to your Airport ID badge.
