BADGING OFFICE OPERATIONS UPDATE

The DEN Badging Office continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will post updated information on our office operation as it becomes available.

  • Fingerprinting (Visit 1), First Time Badge testing (Visit 2), and replacement of lost or stolen badges are only available at the Satellite Badging Office. These services are not available at the Concourse A Badging Office
  • The Concourse A Badging Office continues to provide all other badging services, including Badge Renewals, replacement of damaged badges, badge color changes, Customs Seals, Facial Authentication enrollments, and badge returns
  • Both DEN Badging Office locations remain open during normal business hours
  • There has been NO CHANGE to the timelines and expiration dates for fingerprinting, new badge issuance, and badge renewals
    • Badges can be renewed starting 29 days before expiration and, in most cases, can be renewed up to 30 days after expiration without requiring new fingerprinting
  • Authorized Signatory classroom training for new signatories has been suspended through May 1, 2020

ELEVATOR REPAIRS - ATTENTION CONCOURSE A BADGING OFFICE CUSTOMERS

The elevator to the Concourse A Badging Office is out of service until late May 2020. The Badging Office will continue to be open during normal business hours, and is accessible via stairs located adjacent to the elevator.

As an alternative to using the stairs to access the Concourse A office, the Satellite Badging Office is located on the south campus, and is available during normal business hours. No stairs or elevator is required, and parking is free.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
