Avoid long wait times: Walk-In customers (those without an appointment) should avoid visiting the Badging Office on the first business day following a holiday, and should avoid visiting the Badging Office between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily.

Badging Office Hours
The Badging Offices are open from 6:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please plan to arrive early. Depending on customer volume and transaction type, lines may close earlier than 4:30 p.m.
Training and testing for all employees is available only until 3 p.m. (latest arrival is 3 p.m.). Walk-in lines may close earlier than 3 p.m. depending on customer traffic in the Badging Offices.

Walk-in wait times are highest each day starting at 11 a.m.. Due to high levels of customer volume, walk-in service may not be available after 1 p.m..
Customers with appointments are served before walk-in customers.

Parking and Directions
The Satellite Badging Office is easily accessible to the public from Peña Boulevard, and free parking is available.
No cost bus transportation is available between the Main Terminal and the Satellite Badging Office. Please take the Cargo shuttle located at Stop #1 at The Hotel and Transit Center, immediately behind the escalator. This shuttle departs at :15 and :45 past the hour.
