Badging Office Information

AVOID LONG WALK-IN WAIT TIMES – SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT ​flydenver.com/badging.

Walk-in wait times are highest each day starting at 11 a.m.. Due to high levels of customer volume, walk-in service may not be available after 1 p.m.

Avoid the wait and schedule an appointment. Appointments are offered for all badging services.

Customers with appointments are served before walk-in customers.

Services by Location

Fingerprinting (Visit 1), First Time Badge Testing (Visit 2), and replacement of lost or stolen badges are only offered at the Satellite Badging Office.

The Concourse A Badging Office offers all other badging services including badge renewals, replacement of damaged badges, badge color changes, Customs Seals, Facial Authentication enrollments, and badge returns.

If an applicant has, or will have, a driving endorsement on the DEN Airport ID badge, they must present a valid driver's license at the Badging Office.

NOTE: If names are not matching on all documents, the employee must bring in supporting documentation showing the legal name change.
