NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULE-MAKING
NOTICE is hereby given that effective January 1, 2018, the following Rules and Regulations for the Management, Operation, and Control of the Denver Municipal Airport System are amended and revised as indicated:
A copy of such revised Rules and Regulations have been filed with the Clerk and Recorder, Ex-Officio City Clerk, City and County of Denver, and is available at the link above.
This Rule will be approved, adopted and published pursuant to Section 5-16, Chapter 5 of the Revised Municipal Code, as amended, of the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Written comments on the proposed Part 230 rule must be received before 5 p.m. MST. Monday, December 25, 2017, if addressed and mailed or delivered to:
