NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULE-MAKING HEARING
The Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver proposes to adopt amended rules for Management, Operation, and Control of the Denver Municipal Airport System:
PART 125 – CUSTOMER FACILITY CHARGES - CAR RENTALS
The rules are proposed under C.R.S. §24-72-203(1)(a) and D.R.M.C. §2-16.

A public rule-making hearing will be held to receive public comments on the proposed Rule Part 125 on November 30, 2022 at 3 p.m. The rule-making hearing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams Live Event at the following link:

Interested parties who wish to participate in the virtual hearing shall submit a written notice of intent to participate by e-mail to: [email protected]. Such notices must be received by November 28, 2022 at 5 p.m.
You do not have to attend the hearing to submit comments on the proposed rules. Written comments on the proposed Part 125 will be received until 5 p.m. on November 30, 2022, if sent by email to: [email protected].
