NOTICE OF CHANGE TO RULES & REGULATIONS

These revised rules are scheduled for adoption May 1, 2018.


The Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Aviation of the City and County of Denver proposes to adopt new rules for the Denver Municipal Airport System (Part 00, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 of the Airport Rules-Conduct of Persons Using the Airport). The rules are proposed under § 24-72-203 (1) (a), C.R.S., and § 5-16, D.R.M.C.

A public rule-making hearing will be held to receive public comments on the proposed Part 30 rules at 7:30 a.m., MST, Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in the City Conference Room, located on the Northwest side of Level 6 in the main terminal at Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80249. Interested parties who wish to participate in the hearing shall submit a written notice of intent to participate addressed to:

You do not have to attend the hearing to submit comments on the proposed rules. The Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver proposes to adopt new Customer Facility Charges ("CFC") to Parts 120 and 125 of the Schedule of Fees and Charges. The rules are proposed under C.R.S. §24-72- 203(1)(a) and D.R.M.C. §2-16.
