Location: Denver International Airport (DEN)

Department: Provenzano Resources, LLC – Central Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC)

Reports To: Operations Manager

Product Allocators assist the Central Receiving and Distribution Center’s Operations Manager, and Supervisors, in the daily operation of the CRDC at PRL’s Denver International Airport (DEN) location, supporting PRL’s Specialty Retail program. Product Allocators perform a variety of essential functions to ensure the efficient operation of the Central Receiving and Distribution Center.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities support PRL’s mission of providing high-quality service, safety, and operational excellence for all merchants participating in the Specialty Retail Program:

  • Operate a golf cart to transport materials and supplies as needed.
  • Support merchants with trash removal, daily deliveries, distribution of cleaning supplies, and communication of merchant concerns to PRL management.
  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with company scheduling policies.
  • Follow the company dress code and represent PRL professionally.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and airport compliance procedures as prescribed by PRL, DEN management, and TSA.
  • Provide courteous, professional support to all PRL Specialty Retail merchants.
  • Safely and properly use PRL’s CRDC equipment and tools.
  • Perform receiving and replenishment processes for merchant products.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance checklists and audits.
  • Complete timely corrective actions for maintenance needs based on work orders.
  • Replace batteries in units not powered by outlets.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned to support the success of the Specialty Retail Program.

Key Relationships

  • Reports to the CRDC’s Operations Manager and Shift Leaders (AM/PM).
  • Works closely with DEN management, Airport Security, TSA and merchants.

Skills, Education, and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Technical School equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience.
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, or carpentry knowledge helpful.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and safety regulations.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The following represent essential job functions:

  • Position involves frequent walking, averaging 5–7 miles per shift.
  • Requires lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly each shift
  • May involve standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours at a time).
  • Requires bending, lifting, stooping, climbing stairs (20–30 steps), and reaching overhead. (Boxes can weigh up to 50 lbs)
  • Position involves climbing a ladder with height of 25 feet
  • Requires the ability to operate a company golf cart and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Requires the ability to read and understand directional signage and safety notices in English.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English with customers, merchants, coworkers, and DEN management.
  • Work includes the use of cleaning agents; Glass Cleaner, Stainless Steel Cleaner
  • Work may occur in environments with dust, cleaning agents, or varying noise levels.
  • Ability to use tools (e.g., drills, saws, box cutters, screwdrivers) safely.
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment such as dollies or carts to push, pull, and load products.
  • Must be able to hear intercom announcements and safety alerts.
  • Capable of performing job functions independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to obey all security policies set forth by PRL, DEN and TSA
  • Regular use of telephone
  • Must be able to read, write, count and be able to type 30 words per minute
  • Ability to memorize Specialty Retail Locations
