All lanes of inbound and outbound Peña Blvd are open. Google and Apple Maps may incorrectly direct drivers to exit onto Jackson Gap, but drivers should remain on Peña Blvd.

DENVER – July 14, 2026 – Yesterday Denver International Airport (DEN) celebrated the fifth anniversary of Air France’s nonstop service to Paris/Charles De Gaulle International Airport (CDG) with a festive gate event coinciding with Bastille Day.
“For five years, Air France’s nonstop service from Denver to Paris has brought families, visitors and businesses closer together while expanding Denver’s reach around the world,” Denver Mayor Mike Johnston said. “We are proud to celebrate this milestone and we’re grateful to Air France for their continued investment in our city.”
Air France inaugurated nonstop DEN-CDG flights on July 2, 2021, as transatlantic travel rebounded following the global pandemic. Over the past five years, Air France has operated more than 900 flights, transporting more than 200,000 passengers between DEN and CDG.
“We are proud to mark five years of connecting Denver and Paris and thank our customers, partners and Denver International Airport for their continued support,” Nicolas Hénin, General Manager, Air France-KLM North America said. “This service is about more than linking two destinations; it provides travelers with a gateway to France’s rich culture, cuisine and heritage, while offering convenient connections through our Paris hub to more than 190 destinations across our global network. We look forward to welcoming more Colorado travelers on board soon to experience the elegant French hospitality and the signature service that define Air France.”
Paris ranks as Denver’s second-largest market in Europe with demand totaling nearly 250 daily passengers in 2025. France also ranks as Colorado’s third-largest trading partner in Europe — trade totaled almost $450 million in 2025. Bilateral investment between Colorado and France thrives in aerospace, technology and advanced manufacturing, among other industries.
“A world-class airport should connect its community to the world and Air France has been instrumental in helping DEN achieve that vision,” DEN CEO Phil Washington said. “As we celebrate five years of service to Paris, we also celebrate the relationships, experiences and opportunities this route has created on both sides of the Atlantic.”
In 2026, Air France resumed seasonal summer DEN-CDG service in May and is scheduled to operate between three and five weekly flights onboard Boeing 777-200ER aircraft through Oct. 10, 2026. Air France is the first and only SkyTeam Alliance member to provide transatlantic service at DEN.
