Home

Flights to Providenciales will operate on Saturdays beginning Dec. 19

DENVER – June 26, 2026 – Today United Airlines announced new nonstop service between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Providenciales, Turks and Caicos (PLS). Providenciales is a new international destination for DEN and the fifth Caribbean destination served nonstop by United from Denver.

“Denver’s strength has always been its ability to connect people, ideas and opportunities,” Mayor Mike Johnston said. “United’s new service to Turks and Caicos is another example of Denver’s growing global connectivity that strengthens our economy, supports tourism and businesses, and expands options for travelers passing through and leaving from Denver International Airport.”

Flights are scheduled to operate once weekly, on Saturdays, between Dec. 19, 2026 and April 24, 2027.  Service will be onboard Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft with an eastbound flight time from DEN to PLS of five hours.

“United’s network offering from Denver is unmatched, and the addition of Turks and Caicos is yet another destination that only United brings to Coloradans,” United Vice President Jonna McGrath said. “United’s commitment to delivering an exceptional travel experience in Denver is underscored by each new route we add, as well as the more than $1 billion in investments we have made here since 2021.”

PLS brings the total number of nonstop destinations in the Caribbean served from DEN to six, and the total number of DEN nonstop international destinations to 35. With the addition of Providenciales, United now offers flights to more than 200 total nonstop destinations from the Mile High City, including 24 international cities across 13 countries.

“We are pleased United continues to invest in its Denver hub, providing another winter escape for Coloradans,” DEN CEO Phil Washington said. “Denver boasts the third-largest number of certified divers per capita among U.S. states, who will now enjoy more dive time than flight time to reach this diver’s paradise.”

Turks and Caicos, located north of the Dominican Republic and southeast of the Bahamas, is an archipelago of over 40 islands; Providenciales is the third-largest and most populated island. Known for its turquoise beaches and the third-largest barrier reef in the world, the islands offer ample opportunities to explore marine life, coral reefs and legendary shipwrecks.

DEN’s global air service network, encompassing nonstop destinations served by all DEN carriers, now totals 237 destinations worldwide, including 35 international markets across 19 countries and 202 domestic destinations in 46 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
