Skip the airline ticket counters!

DEN offers free bag check and check-in service to make it convenient for you to travel, luggage free, from the time you arrive until you board your flight. Bag check and check-in services are provided by Bags Inc.

  • For domestic flights on Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, Spirit, and United airlines. Flights to international destinations are not eligible for the bag check service
  • Check your bags a minimum of 90 minutes before your flight
  • This is a free service. Airline bag fees still apply and can be paid at the bag check location
  • Passengers with lap infants must go to the ticket counter for the child’s boarding pass, per airline regulations
  • Open daily: 6 a.m.-6 p.m.

What Can I do at the Denver Transit Center?

Print Boarding Passes

No bags to check? Passengers can print boarding passes for participating airlines at one of six self-serve boarding pass kiosks. Save some time before heading to security.

Purchase Train/Bus Tickets

Use cash or credit cards at the ticket vending machines located on the train platform to purchase bus and A Line train tickets.. Also available at the RTD Information Booth at the Transit Center.

Ground Transportation Information Counter

There are numerous ground transportation options available at Denver International Airport. The Ground Transportation Information Counter is located in the central area on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal.

Counter hours are 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily.
