Overview:

Join our team at Prospect Airport Services and embark on a flexible and rewarding job opportunity in a friendly work environment. As a Passenger Service Assistant (PSA), you will have the chance to provide exceptional customer service and assistance to airline passengers, particularly those with disabilities or who require special assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for passengers at Denver International Airport. This role offers the opportunity to meet interesting people, earn cash tips, and explore potential career advancement within the airline industry.

Duties:

  • Provide specialized assistance to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities.
  • Meet passengers on arriving and connecting flights, offering wheelchair or walking assistance to baggage claim, ground transportation, or next gate.
  • Offer the same assistance to departing passengers.
  • Work in a 24/7 operation, being available for shifts throughout the week, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs, walk, stand, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, displaying compassion and empathy towards passengers.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, demonstrating proficiency in reading and speaking English.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Minimum age requirement of 17 years.
  • Physical fitness to perform the required tasks of walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and responsible.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.

Salary:
