TEMPORARY FURLOUGH/LAY-OFF PROCEDURES: Please contact [email protected] on guidance and best practices before terminating or returning any badges for employees that will be placed on a temporary furlough during the COVID-19 crisis. Airport Security wants to work with you and your company’s unique situation to allow your employees to return to DEN as soon as possible.
TEMPORARY BADGING OFFICE HOURS:
The Badging Offices will be open from 6:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday through December 31st. Please plan to arrive early. Depending on customer volume and transaction type, lines may close earlier than 4:30 p.m.
REMOTE CHECK-IN REMINDER: All Badging Office customers are now required to check-in for badging services either via the DEN Insider App, or online via the Badging website www.flydenver.com/badging.
Check-in at the Badging Office kiosks is no longer available.
Additionally, Satellite Badging Office customers are being asked, once they have checked-in online, to wait outside or in their cars until they are notified via text message that they have reached the front of the line. Badging Office customers on Concourse A, are being asked, once they have checked-in online, to remain on the Concourse level until they are notified via text message that they have reached the front of the line. Both of these precautions further help to minimize the amount of time customers have to spend in the Badging Office.
