What are the rules for reporting noise complaints?

Only one complaint call/email will be accepted. Multiple times and ranges of times will not be accepted. All noise complaints must be reported within one week of the occurrence. Each call/email should include name, address, date and time of the overflight. If you would like a call-back, please include telephone number and a request for call-back. Obscene language and threats will result in the complaint not being accepted, plus possible legal action.
