  Parking Rate Increase

Denver International Airport will raise parking rates in its least-expensive lots by $1 per day on July 1. The $18-a-day rate in DIA’s terminal parking garages will not go up.

After the increase, daily parking rates will be $10 in the east and west Economy Lots, and $6 in the Pikes Peak and Mt. Elbert Shuttle Lots.

  QuickPark Service

Denver International Airport has installed automated credit card readers at the Mt. Elbert Shuttle Parking Lot as the first phase of its new credit card in/credit card out service.   

This new service is a quick and hassle-free way to enter and exit the lot with your credit card -- no more keeping track of a parking ticket.  (However, a parking ticket can be dispensed for non-credit card transactions.)

All entry lanes and exit lanes have credit card readers.  You simply insert your credit card into a reader when you enter the facility.  No ticket will be dispensed.  Your credit card will work like your ticket, and the time and date of your entry will be recorded.  Then just park your car and ride the free shuttle to the terminal.

When you return to the lot, you must insert the SAME credit card to exit.  Just insert the card, and your parking fee will be calculated, and your card will automatically be charged.  When your transaction is complete, just push the button for a receipt and off you go.  Staff is available onsite for assistance.
