Art at DIA Performing Arts About DIA - International Performance Series

Musicians, dancers and other entertainers make Denver International Airport more festive during the Thanksgiving and holiday travel seasons.  In November and December of each year, the airport hosts the International Performance Series, Relax Under the Big Top, featuring some of the finest regional entertainment.

While visiting the airport, guests and employees might be serenaded by a classical flutist, enjoy a dance to the vibrant sounds of a Brazilian quartet or hear some of the finest Gospel or area school choirs.

The airport, airlines and concessionaires sponsor the series. Denver's former Stapleton International Airport was the first airport to initiate a performance series of this magnitude, and the program has become a model for other airports.

For more information about the International Performance Series, contact the DIA Art Manager.
