I have lost my parking ticket. How will you know how
much I owe?
If you have been at the airport less than 24 hours, your charge will be the daily
maximum of the facility in which you parked. If your vehicle has been parked at
the airport longer than 24 hours, our vehicle license plate inventory will indicate
how many days your vehicle has been parked in our facilities and you will be charged
for that number of days.
Are your parking facilities secure?
Our parking facilities are monitored continuously by parking employees and patrolled
frequently by 24-hour security guards and the Denver Police Department. Our facilities
are well lit and the Pikes Peak and Mt. Elbert shuttle lots are fenced.
What if I’m going to be gone longer than 30 days?
Special arrangements must be made in advance if parking in excess of 30 days. If
arrangements are not made, vehicles parked over 30 days will be considered abandoned
and will be towed at the owner’s expense. Call (303) 342-4645 to make arrangements.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in all airport parking facilities (except Level
3 of the garage). Accessible parking spaces are available in areas nearest the Terminal
in Terminal Garage West and Terminal Garage East (Levels 1, 2, 4 and 5). Accessible
spaces are located near the shelters in the Economy West and Economy East parking
lots, and at the Pikes Peak and Mt. Elbert Shuttle lots. All vans and buses
serving these lots are lift-equipped. Wheelchair or electric cart service is available
from your airline. For more information call (303) 342-4645.
How will I know if there will be parking available
when I get to the airport?
Before heading to the airport, check the availability of all parking areas by visiting
www.flydenver.com/park from your computer or mobile device, or by calling our parking
hotline at (303) DIA-PARK (342-7275) and choose option 1. Once on Peña Boulevard watch
for parking availability signs as conditions change often.
Is there free parking available while waiting to
pick up an arriving passenger?
The Cell Phone Waiting Lot is a place where a driver can wait in their car for an
arriving passenger free of charge. This area is called a "Cell Phone Waiting Lot"
because arriving passengers usually notify the person picking them up via cell phone.
The waiting area is located approximately three miles from Jeppesen Terminal along
the north side of Peña Boulevard on 77th Avenue. More >>
Facility Closures
Various closures may occur throughout the parking facilities. Watch for construction signs
as you enter parking areas.
